An Eden is envisioned by the People's Purist Party, a paradise populated by only those that 'fit'. Their plans for the 1996 Olympics are brutally intense and potentially world shattering, and Jacob LeGaroux is determined that no one will stand in his way.

Supremacy organizations, similar to the one led by Jacob LeGaroux, are rapidly gaining strength. Their popularity is exploding in all areas of the United States. Their tools include not only dated propaganda, but also illicit drugs and vicious barbarism. They prey on weak-willed men and women who find modern change impossible to comprehend or accept.

Crack cocaine is the plague of our times. The specter of addiction changes the course of lives, forever straining the seams of society. Marla Meyers is caught in those seams and is only beginning to see her way clear. Fuzzy memories of her former self fill her with shame yet Marla knows the cold hard truth. It’s a past that she has to guard against, for her own sake as well as her daughter’s.

Marla’s toughest challenge though, is not the lure of drugs or the incessant hoops that she must jump through to regain custody of her child. It is a former boyfriend, her baby’s father, Paul Calhoun. Georgia Child Welfare is asking questions about him. Questions generated by a well-meaning neighbor.

That neighbor, Julie Daniels, unwittingly becomes the victim in a widening cesspool of subversives, degradation, and perversity. The depths of which, even Marla could not have imagined. Now, Paul and his boss, Jacob LeGaroux are looking for her. Their ultimate goal is Marla’s absolute silence. LeGaroux's biggest mistake is when he involves an innocent woman who is seeking to protect one small child. Then, vigilante justice takes on a whole new dimension. Two sides of the law unconsciously unite to keep this, the 'Land of the Free'... Free for all, not just a select few.

Colonel Bracken and his fiancé Callie, want nothing more than to settle in to their new home. There is a baby on the way and to Bob’s way of thinking, life is good. Too good, it seems. The strange disappearance of one of their best friends, topples their easy-going bucolic lifestyle. The growing suspicion that the local cops are on the take further sullies their view of the innocent serenity touted as a hallmark of the rural South.

Meanwhile, disconnected clues fuel an ongoing investigation by BJ Rooles and his newest partner, China Hewett, of the Domestic Terrorism Task Force. The gruesome discovery of Julie Daniels' body invokes the wrath of Colonel Robert Bracken, the commanding officer of a super-secret Army task force. He vows that her death will not be blithely swept aside by crooked cops and paid politicians. Ultimately, he decides to utilize every method available to render justice. Colonel Bracken's twenty plus years of counter-espionage expertise allow him to track down the killers, but at the same time, he knows that he’s being tracked as well.

An underground civilian vigilante group called 'The Watchers' is waiting. Their intent is not to hinder but to help. 'The Watchers' have kept their small Georgia county free and safe for over twenty years, covertly thwarting subversive groups like the PPP.

Unconsciously, everyone seeks their own little corner of Paradise. For the PPP and men like Jacob LeGaroux, it’s an all-Aryan world. For Marla, it’s a nice little house in a quiet neighborhood with her daughter and Johann by her side. For Bob and Callie, their heaven is each other and their child, safely secreted in their own little haven called Cypress Cove.

For BJ Rooles and China Hewett, their idea of heaven is putting an end to the growing threat of Domestic Terrorism posed by Supremacist organizations. Yet they know that heaven would be only temporary. The only way to truly stop it would be to take it back to the beginning; back to when hatred is learned and fanaticism is taught.

Back to birth, the real beginning.

Back to Eden.
